Mesotherapy is a well known cosmetic treatment involving micro-injections of plant extracts, vitamins and Hyaluronic Acid into the Mesoderm, the middle layer of the facial skin.

A session of Mesotherapy with on of our expert doctors will take around 30 minutes (plus consultation time) and will last for around 6-12 months depending on the area that is treated and the patient’s skin type and condition. Effects are apparent immediately after the treatment with best results showing after 3-10 days. We recommend a course of 3 treatments, with a cumulatively greater effect for more treatments. This treatment can also be combined with botox and/or fillers for dramatic rejuvenation.

Some patients display localised redness and possible minor swelling and initial soreness after this treatment. This fades within a few days.

I’ve had a brilliant experience so far at Mayfair Aesthetics. The reception team have been so helpful and friendly. I had a hugely thorough consultation and patch test with Ruta. I’ve had this in other organisations where I now realise this has been rushed. This felt the opposite with time put aside and I felt a level of care throughout the consultation. I have had 3 Dermapen and NIR treatments with Iwona and the results speak for themselves. There was a noticeable reduction in fine lines and hyperpigmentation and my skin firmness and texture has significantly improved. This is my first aesthetic experience and was very nervous during my consultation appointment. Iwona was amazing, she was professional and patient, explaining in detail the treatment process and outcomes, plus answering all my questions satisfactory.
