I’ve had a brilliant experience so far at Mayfair Aesthetics. The reception team have been so helpful and friendly. I had a hugely thorough consultation and patch test with Ruta. I’ve had this in other organisations where I now realise this has been rushed. This felt the opposite with time put aside and I felt a level of care throughout the consultation. It was honest, kind and informative.

I’ve had my first session of laser with Kanada who was excellent. I felt instantly comfortable and at ease. She checked in throughout that I was comfortable. I was able to ask any questions and she gave me great advice.

The entire team at Mayfair Aesthetic is amazing. Sylvia, in particular, has been wonderful throughout my sessions. She is not only highly professional but also incredibly kind and caring. Every time I visit, she ensures that I am fully comfortable, explaining each step of the process in detail. It's always a pleasure to spend time with her during the treatments, as we chat about a variety of topics, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

Matthew, the manager, has also been fantastic. Although I haven't met him in person, his support has been invaluable. He is always accommodating when it comes to scheduling, and he goes out of his way to find the best appointment slots for me, which I truly appreciate.

I visit the Hammersmith clinic, which is ideally located on the main high road and easily accessible. The clinic is always spotless and impeccably maintained, which further reassures me that I’m in the best hands.

I have had 3 Dermapen and NIR treatments with Iwona and the results speak for themselves. There was a noticeable reduction in fine lines and hyperpigmentation and my skin firmness and texture has significantly improved. This is my first aesthetic experience and was very nervous during my consultation appointment. Iwona was amazing, she was professional and patient, explaining in detail the treatment process and outcomes, plus answering all my questions satisfactory. During my first appointment she was careful to explain each step and what she is using. I felt comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. I also received adequate after care advice. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. My safety was a high priority evident by the pre-treatment questionnaire prior to each visit, with a follow up phone call if there was anything to clarify.
